The main challenge for this project was to improve the perceived quality of ésika's ésikaPRO make-up sub-line.
This involved relaunching the sub-brand with several new products in the make-up portfolio.
Role & Activities performed:
Overseeing conceptualization and creative direction end-to-end
Leading the team that from the creative and strategic input, executed all the assets for organic and paid media, including managing timelines and overseeing creativity
End-to-end development of creativity for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and owned and paid media.
Providing art direction on set for all productions, including the TVC commercial directed by the renowned French director Audrey Mascina hand in hand with LaClinika
Supervising all stages of post-production until the final pieces were published across all channels

This challenge became as catchy as this song. Leveraged by our makeup army and our key opinion leaders team, we landed in TikTok with this very first challenge.
As a result we had +15k views, 1k interactions and over 500 videos made with this song.
